Terms and conditions

Although we aim to return all ironing the next day, this service is not guaranteed. If you desperately need the items on a next-day service, please let our staff know and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Our deliveries are done on weekday evenings, between 5pm and 8pm. We will do our best to accomodate requests for specific delivery slots, but these cannot be guaranteed. In the event that no-one is in to receive a delivery, we will leave a card letting you know we've called and inviting you to contact us to re-arrange delivery. At our discretion, a re-delivery charge of £2.50 may be applied. Alternatively, you can call into our Byres Road shop to retrieve your clothes for no additional charge.

Please note that free delivery can only be offered for orders of £10 or more. We will still collect and deliver any orders under this value, but the order will be rounded up to £10.

In the unlikely event of damage please inform us within 24 hours of receiving your garment. If needed we will pick up your garment, investigate and contact you within 24 hours.

Count discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours of our delivery of your garments. After that we will not assume any responsibility for damaged or missing items.

Despite our intent to identify problem garments in advance, we cannot assume responsibility for inherent weaknesses/ defects in materials that are not apparent prior to cleaning. We are not responsible for sun fading, colour loss due to non fastness, wear and tear and shrinkage.

We will investigate any complaint promptly and pay fair compensation for damage or loss due to our negligence.

Our dry-cleaning is done by a third party. Therefore, if you believe your item has been damaged by the dry-cleaning process, please let us know and we will contact the third party to arrange compensation or service credit where due.

Missing/Damaged Items forms are available in store, and upon receipt of your complaint, a member of staff will complete one of these.
